The Job Position Summary

Working directly with the CMO and part of the Global Marketing team, Marketing Communication Manager will build and manage corporate communications, including brand development and management on a daily basis with all subsidiaries and promotional marketing collateral at Contentserv such as corporate content on the website, landing pages, data sheets, pricing sheets, brochures, case studies, corporate presentation, white papers, press releases and blog posts.


  • Lead copywriting and artwork design with Contentserv’s Manila team for creating marketing materials.
  • Responsible for alignment of marketing materials with Contentserv’s corporate brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing team to understand priorities, create effective product messaging and position our solutions for multiple segments including SMB, Enterprise and vertical markets.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to design, create, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Project Management team to plan internal and external marketing communications.
  • Work with the CMO to develop marketing strategies and marketing budget.

The Requirements

  • Knowledge of global enterprise level marketing as well as field marketing
  • Comfortable with technical communication and a strong ability to explain them in simple, clear messages to a broad audience in a an engaging manner
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience.
  • Experience in the software industry, especially in the PIM/MDM/CMS/eCommerce area is a plus
  • Experience with analyst relations is a plus
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and marketing communication channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time and project management skills
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products to our internal sales team and sales partners through the development of sales tools such as presentations, scripts, and market briefs
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, collaboration and networking skills including cross-cultural abilities.
  • Effective leadership and execution of the vision and strategy in a Marketing function as it relates to offerings, programs and solutions both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization and work well in highly matrixed organization. Experience in collaborating globally and managing global projects with international counterparts is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
